We've still got a few steps left in the overall process - getting him a social security number and whatnot - but this certainly clears the way for the rest of the process. Hooray!
And what did Aden do to celebrate? You know - read some DVDs, chased the cats... the usual...

Aden, I would like to recommend the DVD box for the original Battlestar Gallactica. This features a great shiny robot head, that is just begging to be chewed on. I find that the robot head has a slight bouquet of aluminum foil, with a nice "laser breath" aftertaste. This is a delectible chewing experience!
Feel free to toss the shiny coasters you find inside in the trash. They are worthless!
Aden's actually holding out for Season 1 of the new Dr. Who... but the original Battlestar Galactica would be pretty cool too...
thing is, the original battlestar galactica--no matter how much nostalgia one musters for it--just isn't very good. whereas Dr. Who season one... in the world of DVD-case-reading, it's like War & Peace. And the little coasters enclosed--you wanna keep those. but the battlestar galactica DVD *box* is AWESOME. Go cylons!!!
